* Rosehips are used for the color they bring, they are a cross between a plumb and a green apple bringing a crisp taste to jelly.
* Hibiscus bring a deep red color as well as adding a slight cranberry flavor.
* Rooibos( Roy-Boss) is an herb that I use to blend the flavors together as it creates a smooth taste by naturally blending the sweet and the tart together.
