*rosehips are used one for the color they give the jelly and they are are a cross of tangy and sweet like green apples or plums adding an almost crisp taste to the jelly
 
* Rooibos (Roy-Boss) is a herb and I use to to blend the flavors together as it creates a smooth taste naturally blending the sweet and the tart together
