SHRIMP

SPREAD

1-(4¼-ounce)can shrimp,drained,rinse,and chopped

½cup finely chopped celery.

1 green onion with tops,finely chopped

12 pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped

1 hard -cooked egg, chopped

I teaspoon lemon juice

Dash of lemon-pepper

1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients,mix well.

Serve on bread.

Yield:1½ cups
