Feel free to use any of the recipes on this site. If you have a favorite you would like to send in that was made using our products, please submit that along with a picture, and we would be glad to get that up for you.  Names will not be published unless you request it. Please indicate how you would like your name to appear  with your recipes if you so choose. If you have a short video you would like to submit making a certain recipe with one or more of our products, please email to us, once approved we will add it.

All recipes are submitted by individuals. We do don't assume any responsibility for errors in cooking or make any claims as to where the recipes came from. 

Blueberries

Ice Box Fruit Cake

1 Box of graham crackers crushed

1 lg. bottle cherries, sliced

2 cans Borden' sweetened

condensed milk

1 lb. miniature marshmallows

1 small bag of coconut

1/2 box of raisins

1 lb. of English walnuts 

1 lb. of pecans, chopped

Add condensed milk to crushed graham crackers, mixing well. next add sliced cherries, marshmallows, raisins, walnuts and pecans. Mix thoroughly. Place in serving bowl and chill till ready to serve.

 CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 

1 8 oz. pkg. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED

11/2 cup MARGARINE, SOFTENED

3 cup ALL ~PURPOSE (OR CAKE) FLOUR 3 cup SUGAR 6 EGGS

1 tsp. VANILLA EXTRACT 

BEAT CREAM CHEESE, MARGARINE AND SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD FLOUR AND EGGS ALTERNATELY, BEATING WELL. ADD VANILLA, BEAT WELL. POUR INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED AND FLOURED IO INCH TUBE PAN. BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR I HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. COOL. 

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 

1 8 oz. pkg. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED

1/2 cup MARGARINE, SOFTENED

1 16 oz. box CONFECTIONERS SUGAR

1 tsp. VANILLA EXTRACT 

BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND MARGARINE UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR GRADUALLY, BEATING WELL. ADD VANILLA, BEAT WELL. SPREAD ON COOLED CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE. 

Baked Apples

4 to 6 lg Gala or Honey Crisp Apples

1 jar of Fall Festival Jelly

1/2 cup brown sugar

Core apples and place each apple on a square of aluminium foil large enough to wrap the apple.

fill each apple with jelly just below the top and add a spoon of brown sugar. Next pull the foil up and wrap the apples and set in a baking pan or lg cast iron skillet.

bake at 350 for about 30 min or just until done. 

Cool slightly before serving.

  

Hummingbird Cake

3 c. cake flour

2 c. sugar

1 tsp. soda

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

8 oz. can crushed pineapple,do NOT drain

1 c. pecans

2 c. diced bananas

Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in Lg mixing bowl. add eggs and oil, stirring until moist, do not beat.

Stir in vanilla and pineapple, bananas and  1/2 c

of nuts.

Spoon into three 9" cake pans and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min or until done.

Frosting

8- oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 T.soft butter or margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

16 oz box powdered sugar

combine cream cheese and butter. Beat in powdered sugar until light and fluffy stir in vanilla.

Spread over cake and top with remaining  nuts.

CREME DE MENTHE CAKE (ANDIE'S LIKE) 

I cup SUGAR  

1/2 cup BUTTER, SOFTEN

4 EGGS

1 cup FLOUR

1/2 tsp. SALT  

1-16 oz. 

HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SYRUP

1 tsp. Vanilla 

CREAM TOGETHER SUGAR, BUTTER AND EGGS. SIFT FLOUR AND SALT AND ADD TO SUGAR, BUTTER AND EGG MIXTURE. ADD HERSHEY CHOCOLATE, AND VANILLA. POUR INTO A 9 X 13 PAN AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. ***LEAVE IN PAN AND COOL COMPLETELY*** 

TOPPING 

2 CUPS 4X SUGAR I STICK BUTTER (SOFTEN) 4 TBS.. GREEN CREME DE MENTHE LIQUOR 

I cup SEMI- SWEET CHOCOLATE 6 Tbs.. BUTTER 

MIX SUGAR, BUTTER. AND CREME DE MENTHE. POUR OVER CAKE WITH GREEN ~MIXTURE. PUT IN REFRIGERATOR. WHEN TOPPING GETS FIRM, REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR. MELT SEMI - SWEET CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER. COOL SLIGHTLY. TOP THE PREVIOUS TWO LAYERS. REFRIGERATE TE AGAIN , THEN CUT INTO SQUARES. HAPPY EATING!!
